We understand your grief journey is individual. If you receive your products and decide they are not for you, we have a 14 day change of mind policy for domestic orders and 30 days for international orders. To start a refund, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your refund is accepted, items must be returned to us in their original packaging and unused. You will need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase. All return shipping expenses will be covered by you, the buyer. We will notify you once we've received and inspected your returned items and let you know if the return is approved or not. If approved, you will then receive a full refund via your original payment method. Please note it can take some time for your bank or credit facility to process your refund.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving your delivery and contact us immediately via email at email@example.com if your item is defective, damaged or if you have receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and correct it. We will provide a replacement or where not possible, a full refund.
